$75.00 per night for two people. (no cleaning deposit )
One month is $525. for one person. (month to month only)
Stays over two weeks require $200.00 carpet cleaning/damage/cleaning.... ($100.00 is refunded if there are no permenent stains or damages)
Stays longer than 1 month require credit check
All moneys due in full upon move-in.

Greenbank Studio Loft

I will pay for any damage done to the Loft, including loss of its contents.
I understand the Greenbank Loft owners are not to be held responsible for any
loss or damage to personal personal property or bodily injury while in or on
Loft property.
I will not smoke or allow others to smoke in the Loft.
There will be one person staying in the Loft.________
There will be two people staying in the Loft,______
Stays over two weeks require $200.00 carpet cleaning/damage/cleaning.... ($100.00 is refunded if there are no permenent stains or damages)
If I put any permanent stains on the carpet I will pay for it to be replaced.
I will use the cutting board provided and not cut on the countertops.
I will supply my own laundry facility while at the Loft, the host will
change my sheets and towels once a week.
To extend my monthly lease at the Loft,I will pay for the next month 7
days before my first month lease ends. Each month that I want to stay creates
a new lease with each one ending in a month.
(We will take reservations from others starting 6 days from when your monthly
lease is schedule to end unless you prepay by 7 days or more.)
